Sebastian co-founded Al Arqam Financial Services and Management Consultancy in 2017, in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman as Director Business Solutions and Advisory Services where he led a team of Chartered Accountants specializing in financial and accounting operations across various sectors, including power, desalination, hospitality, banking, investment management, education, and mining. His leadership at Al Arqam has been marked by significant contributions to ERP implementation, financial modeling, project evaluation, and comprehensive audit services.

Dilip George V

Dilip George Vayaliparambil is a highly qualified Chartered Accountant with over 17 years of progressive experience across various sectors, including utilities, logistics, and auditing. As the Chief Consulting Officer at Panacea Wayfinder Fiscap Pvt Ltd, Dilip brings a wealth of expertise in financial management and consulting, ensuring that clients receive top-notch advisory services tailored to their unique needs.
Dilip is the Proprietor of DGV & Co Chartered Accountants in India, where he leads a team providing comprehensive accounting and consulting services. He previously held key roles at Mazoon Electricity Company S.A.O.C (now Nama Electricity Distribution Company SAOC), including Manager of Corporate Finance. He holds an Advanced Diploma in Management Accountancy from CIMA, UK, a Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards from ACCA.

Anoop is a co-founder and the Director of Audit and Taxation at Al Arqam Financial Services and Management Consultancy in Muscat, Oman, where he has played a key role in building a strong financial management consulting firm since its founding in 2017. In his position at Al Arqam, Anoop has effectively managed various projects, including the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, financial modeling, project evaluations, and thorough audit services.

Vaisakh Prakash

Vaisakh Prakash is an accomplished Audit and Business Management Consultant with extensive experience in project management and financial analysis. As the newly appointed Director of Project Management at Panacea Wayfinder Fiscap Pvt Ltd, Vaisakh brings a wealth of expertise in efficient task coordination, strategic thinking, and leadership.
Currently serving as a Principal Analyst at Al Arqam Financial Services and Management Consultancy in Oman, Vaisakh has held various roles since joining the firm in 2018, , he has successfully evaluated project financial feasibility, conducted risk assessments, and provided actionable insights that have facilitated strategic decision-making for significant projects. Vaisakh holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from Delhi University and is a Chartered Accountant (Inter) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also affiliated with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
