Our story
From Oman to the world
Panacea WFS was founded by a team of Chartered Accountants who built their careers across GCC institutions and key industry sectors. What began as a shared vision, to bring institutional-quality financial management to businesses that deserve better, is now a growing cross-border practice.
Between them, our founders have spent decades inside the finance functions of Oman’s electricity and water sector, running group budgets, raising long-term funding, preparing IFRS group accounts and leading Oracle ERP implementations. Several trained with Big Four-affiliated and established audit firms in India and the UAE before moving into industry. That mix of audit discipline and hands-on corporate finance experience shapes how we work: we understand both what auditors and regulators expect, and what management needs to run the business.
Our founders have advised GCC businesses since 2017, delivering fixed asset verification, inventory and receivables reconciliations, internal audit, financial modelling, valuations and due diligence for hospitality, power and water, oil and gas, real estate and government clients. That work, often on large, multi-entity and ERP-based engagements, built the processes, controls and team that Panacea WFS stands on today.
Panacea WFS was registered in India in 2024, extending that expertise to Australia, the UAE and international markets. Our India-based delivery team works under the direct review of our Chartered Accountant directors, giving clients the cost advantage of offshore support without compromising on quality or accountability.
We specialise in back-office financial services (bookkeeping, payroll, accounting, tax and reporting) delivered remotely with the quality and rigour of an in-house finance team.
Whether we are supporting a small business with its monthly books, an accounting firm with overflow work or a group with complex reporting needs, our approach is the same: clear communication, secure systems, agreed timelines and senior review on every engagement.
