Panacea WFS manages payroll for Australian businesses and accounting practices. We prepare pay runs, check Single Touch Payroll reporting, calculate superannuation and reconcile super payments for every payday under the Payday Super rules that started on 1 July 2026.
What we do each pay run
- Pay run preparation from timesheets and employee changes
- Leave accruals, terminations and new starter set-up
- Single Touch Payroll checks before you finalise each pay event
- Super guarantee calculations at the current 12% rate
- Per-payday super payment files and reconciliations
- PAYG withholding reconciled to payroll for each BAS
Payday Super: what employers must do now
Since 1 July 2026, employers must pay super for each payday instead of quarterly, and the money needs to reach each employee’s fund within 7 business days of payday. The ATO’s free Small Business Superannuation Clearing House has closed, so businesses that relied on it need a payroll-integrated or commercial clearing house option.
We reconcile super paid against super due for every pay run, so a missed or late contribution shows up in days, not at quarter end.
You stay in control of payments
We prepare and check; you approve and release. We never hold client funds.

Questions Australian clients ask
What changed with Payday Super?
From 1 July 2026, employers must pay super for each payday instead of quarterly, and contributions need to reach the employee’s fund within 7 business days of payday. The ATO’s Small Business Superannuation Clearing House also closed, so employers who used it need another payment method.
Do you make payments from our bank account?
No. We prepare and check the pay run and the super file. You approve and release payments, so control of your money stays with you.
Which payroll software do you use?
We work in the payroll module of your accounting software, such as Xero or QuickBooks, or in your standalone payroll system. Using something else? We will train on it.
